Compost Information

Compost, Wood Mulch & Gypsum
Bring your truck or trailer to get some of OVWRC's Compost, Wood Mulch or Gypsum. Prices including loading.

Compost - ** SOLD OUT **
Our compost is primarily made from food waste, branches, leaves and other plant material collected through the residential green cart program. OVWRC compost is not a fertilizer. It is considered a soil amendment. It will help your soil retain moisture, provide better infiltration of air and water in heavier soils, and it may also help improve soil structure and reduce soil erosion. Healthier soil, means healthier plants!

Agricultural Compost - Large Bulk Purchases (12 cubic yards and over at one time) $8 per cubic yard plus HST

Wood Mulch
Clean wood waste (that is not pressure treated, painted or stained) is ground up to produce wood chips ideal for all your landscaping needs. It is natural in color.
